Format:

4v4; ratio 2:2
20x35 field with 3 yard end zone
40 minute games
Speed point play
Round robin and a playoff bracket.
Please note that length of game subject to change pending count of teams registered.
**NEW** No Pulls - from Ultimate Canada:
- Start the game: there are no more pulls. At the start of the game and at the end of half, the offensive team places the disc in its own end zone. The defending team will tap the disc in to start play.
