Wednesday Fall U14 & U19 League
- Who: This league is targeted towards youth aged 10-18. All experience levels are welcomed! This will follow a house league format, similar to adult recreational leagues. Players will be divided into two age divisions: U14 and U19. The League Coordinator (LD) reserves the right to move players between divisions at their discretion to ensure balanced and competitive play.
- When: Wednesdays - September 3rd - October 15th - 7:00-8:30PM (7 weeks)
- Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW)
- Format:
- Group skills session to begin followed by a house league game.
- 4v4 or 5v5 depending on numbers
- Cost: $90 + GST register before August 27th, 2025
- $100 +GST after August 27th, 2025 up until September 10th, 2025.
- A valid 2025 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league.
- Registration Options: Individual and Pods

- You will be placed on a team
- Pods:
- During registration indicate your pod-mates
- Pods of up to 2 players allowed (player + 1 pod mate)
- Registration for this league will include the registration fee for the Spirit of the North Tournament.
Registration closes: Registration closes on September 10th, 2025 @ 10:00pm

Spirit of the North Youth Tournament
- What: Ultimate Tournament for all youths. This HAT tournament allows players to sign up as an individual or small group. Teams will be formed to be a mix of skill levels and experience so every team is closely matched. It’s a great way to meet new ultimate frisbee loving friends.
- Who: This Fall Tournament is targeted towards youth ages 10-18.
- When: Saturday, October 4th, 2025 - 10am-4pm
- Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW)
- Format:
- 2 divisions:
- U14 (ages 10-13)
- U19 (ages 14-18)
- Format
- U14 Division: Mixed 5v5
- U19 Division: Mixed 5v5
- Cost: $25 + GST
- A valid 2025 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league.
- Registration Options: Individual and Pods

- During registration indicate your pod-mates
- Pods of up to 2 players allowed (player + 1 pod mate)
- If you are currently registered in our Youth Fall League, you are automatically registered for this tournament.
Registration closes: Registration closes on October 1st, 2025 @ 10:00pm
