Rec vs. Rec+ Leagues

While our Rec leagues are open to all levels of players, our Rec+ leagues are geared towards our more competitively minded players, who are looking for a more high intensity experience.  If you have questions about which league is most suitable for the experience you are looking for, contact admin@eupa.ca.

Monday 6v6 Rec Hat League

• Who: This league is targeted towards our recreational audience and players will be placed on teams to create closely matched games.

• When: 7-9pm, September 5 to October 24 (8 weeks)

• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW) 

• League Format:
  • Mixed Ultimate
  • 6v6 - Standard with Sub-on-the-Fly on a 100x30 field

• Cost: starting at $57.60 +GST/player per session - register early to save!
  • $57.60 before July 19 (Early Bird Discount)
  • $64.00 between July 19 and August 20
  • $80.00 after August 20 (Stall 9 Fee)
  • A valid 2022 Membership ($8) is required to register in this league

• Registration Options:
  • Individual or Pods - Sign up as an individual or pods of up to 6 (a minimum of 1 player of the alternate gender for every 2 same gender players in the pod)
  • Each player must register individually, please indicate when registering who is a part of your pod (if applicable)

• Registration Closes: August 29, 2022

 

Monday 4v4 Rec+ Hat League

• Who: Our Recreation+ Leagues are geared towards our more competitively minded players, who are looking for a more high intensity experience.

• When: 7-9pm, September 5 to October 24 (8 weeks)

• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW) 

• League Format:
  • Mixed Ultimate
  • 4v4 - Speed Point with Sub-on-the-Fly on a 40x20 field, with 3 yard end zones

• Cost: starting at $57.60 +GST/player per session - register early to save! 
  • $57.60 before July 19 (Early Bird Discount)
  • $64.00 between July 19 and August 20
  • $80.00 after August 20 (Stall 9 Fee)
  • A valid 2022 Membership ($8) is required to register in this league

• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW), except October 19 at Clareview Artificial Turf (3804 139 Ave NW)

• League Format:
  • Mixed Ultimate
  • 5v5 - Standard with Sub-on-the-Fly on a 65x20 field

• Cost: starting at $57.60 +GST/player per session - register early to save!
  • $57.60 before July 21 (Early Bird)
  • $64.00 between July 21 and August 22
  • $80.00 after August 22 (Stall 9 Fee)
  • A valid 2022 Membership ($8) is required to register in this league

• Registration Options:
