When: August 31-September 1, 2019.

WhereDruids Rugby Club, Sherwood Park AB.

What: A 7-on-7 mixed gender, team tournament full of good ol' Edmonton spirit! Wrangle your team together and register. All levels of experience are welcome!

Cost: $75/ adult player, $55/ youth player (use code YOUTHPFB). 

Minimum 10 players/team.

Registration: Registration is open July 15. Registration closes August 26, 7pm MST.

Full team sign up only. Captains will sign up, then wrangle the rest of their team together to sign up online.

All levels of ability and experience are welcome! Teams will be split into divisions based on self-ranked skill levels, and costumes are encouraged.

How to sign up:

CAPTAINS

Click on the “Register Now” link and fill out your billing information.

  • Under the “Team Invitation” heading, enter your team name to create a new team.
  • Click “review your order” to proceed with completing your order and payment. After double-checking that your order is correct click “submit”. Complete your payment using PayPal, this may be done with a PayPal account or as a one-time transaction.
  • Once you have completed your order your new team will be visible under "My Teams" on the right-hand side. Go to your team and use the "invite players to the team" tab to invite all of your players to sign up.
  • When inviting players to your team, be sure to use the email address that they have attached to their EUPA account. If you have any players who have registered but are not showing up on your roster, email league@eupa.ca and we can fix this problem for you.

PLAYERS

Create a EUPA profile (if required) and give the email address attached to your EUPA account to your captain

  • Once your captain has created your team they will send you an email invite to sign up. Follow the "accept" link in the email, which will take you to the registration page.
  • Click on the “Register Now” link below and fill out your billing information.
  • In the “Select Your Team” drop down, find your team name.
  • Click “review your order” to proceed with completing your order and payment. After double-checking that your order is correct click “submit”. Complete your payment using PayPal, this may be done with a PayPal account or as a one-time transaction
  • Once you have completed your order your team will be visible under "My Teams" on the right-hand side.
  • Teams with a minimum of 10 players registered online by August 5th will be entered into our early bird draw for 50% off your full team's registration!  
SATURDAY DINNER & PARTY
  • A ticket for the Saturday dinner and party is included with your player registration fee.
  • Additional dinner and party passes for guests may be purchased on Saturday at Disc Central. $25 for the dinner and party, $15 for dinner only.

ACCOMMODATIONS
  • Free camping is available at the fields on Friday & Saturday night!
