Interested in building up your skills and strategies to become a league superstar? Come out to our Open Train & Play Clinic this Saturday! The clinic is open to all players, and will coach participants in a mix of skills and strategies before putting everything together in a friendly scrimmage. This event is free with your 2020 EUPA membership and runs from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Commonwealth Fieldhouse; RSVP here to let us know you're coming!

Defrost is EUPA's new recreational indoor hat tournament to thaw out from winter and get ready for summer! This tournament will be a recreational split-gender hat tournament, with open and women's divisions. If you've never played a tournament before or are looking for a friendly, fun-focused tournament, we encourage you to check this out! Registration is now open, and closes on Wednesday, March 18 at 10 p.m. or when all spots are filled.


Looking to take your game to the next level with a great group of women? Loved the first session and want to play more? Don't miss registration for Session 2 of Capital Women's League! Registration for Session 2 closes February 3 at 7 p.m. or when all spots are filled. Teams will be coached, and the league is run by the fine ladies of Flurry and Throwback.


Our women's "Train & Play" clinics and open pickup return to Commonwealth at 1:30 p.m. this Saturday January 25! If you're female or feminine-identifying, come to the clinic to refine your throwing skills, learn about spacing and movement on the field, and practice those skills in a friendly scrimmage - all experience levels are welcome! If you've got a hankering for some commitment-free casual ultimate, come join our open pickup for a fun game!
