Ultimate is an exciting and highly addictive sport which is self governed by one basic, underlying principle: Spirit of the Game. Come on out and give it a try; it's super fun, a great workout, and an opportunity to meet some of the most spectacular people ever!

Join our summer Train & Play Clinics and learn the fundamentals of play, including throwing, catching and game play strategy.  All levels are welcome.  Bring friends!

 

Recommended equipment:

- athletic wear (comfortable for running in) including a light and dark shirt

- running shoes or cleats

- water

 

Already know how to play?  During each clinic session we will also have a pick up game running from 2-5pm at the same field location.
