2020 Summer Leagues & Tournaments Cancelled

According to updated guidelines from Alberta's chief medical officer of health, mass gathering restrictions will continue to be in place for all events this summer in Alberta. Gatherings will continue to be limited to 15 people, require 2m physical distancing, and require hygiene practices including avoiding shared objects (see the announcement transcript here).

As such, we are sad to announce that all of our 2020 summer leagues and tournaments will be cancelled.

We are still working on plans for Pre-Fall Brawl, fall league, and indoor leagues, but we will only be opening registrations and running in-person ultimate once AHS guidelines allow for sports and larger gatherings once again.

In the meantime, we want to stay connected to all of our members through social media! Make sure you're following us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or in our Facebook group. Join us for our first EUPA virtual clinic tomorrow at 2pm as well!

If you have thoughts on what you'd like to see from EUPA in the absence of physical programming, please let us know by emailing president@eupa.ca.

Take care and stay healthy; we hope we can get back to playing ultimate together soon.
